KBC Facility
KBC offers several rooms in our facility for rent. These venues are ideal for receptions, birthday parties, family reunions, workshops, meetings, family gatherings, sports, etc. KBC requires rentals to have or acquire insurance. Rates are listed below.
When acquiring insurance, the cost is $75 a day or $195 a year. KBC charges an additional $40 per hour for rentals. Before acquiring insurance, please ensure you have been approved for rental of the facility.

If you are renting through an organization or business, we also accept the company insurance.
